information. This means everything! No
requests for travel will be accepted without
completed Travel Request Form.
Required Dates: DATE SUBMITTED is the date you are
filling out the form, and your first and second
choice CHECK IN/CHECK OUT dates.
Property/Area Requested: This is your desired
destination. Be as specific as possible.
Restrictions & Blackout Dates: As with most things
bartered, travel is sold on an "as available"
basis. Certain dates may be reserved only for cash
customers and unavailable for barter and so are
blacked out and not available for trade.
Restrictions as to number of days, rooms, amenities
or cleaning charge, and booking fee may apply.
Minimum Lead Time: No travel requests will be
accepted with less than two weeks advanced notice.
Credit Card: A major credit card information must be
supplied when requesting travel to insure payment of
taxes and incidentals. No credit card... no
travel.
Checking Status: We will notify you as soon as we
receive confirmation of your travel request. Don't
call us to check on your request. Checking on a
request means repeating an already lengthy cycle of
communication often involving faxing, long distance
charges, and voice mail delays.
Do
Not Contact the Property: AOB Trading Partners are
not allowed to contact Hotels, Resorts, or other
Barter Companies directly until after reservations
are confirmed. Each property has its own particular
procedure for booking bartered reservations. Hotel
and resort reservation staff are usually not
acquainted with barter. We must observe strict
guidelines to insure that these advantageous
relationships are not abused.
Terms & Conditions: By signing a confirmed response
form, you agree to the following terms: 1) Trade
dollars are transferred at the time of
confirmation. 2) Tax, gratuities and incidentals
(unless otherwise specified) are paid in cash or
credit card at the end of the stay and are the
responsibility of the traveler. 3) Once confirmed,
reservations are non-cancelable non-changeable, and
non-refundable.
